I don't really like these longer form vids when you can't really hear the other speakers as clearly or loudly as you can hear Gary. I understand the branding aspect of that, but I also feel there is less value in this way. I prefer the podcast format when Gary is in his office. Listening to Rob Reilly speak, I would not stay in the room or conversation with him. He said things like "agree to disagree", but his tone and actions told he me didn't respect the other speakers.

I like the way you express your views and interesting perspectives on the marketing industry. But you encounter a problem: your ego is too high and it affects your vision and feelings about creators and the world around you. things are not always about right or wrong but about appropriate or inappropriate and you make me feel like you always push things in the direction of your right and wrong. and that may also be the reason you cannot hold positions in large advertising companies. basically you choose to offend many people just to express your own point of view. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, I'm just saying that every choice has different pros and cons.
