This is not even my kind of music, but this is so cool. You have a really awesome guitar tone here. I'm going to practice the tips in this video and do something other than the last 25 years of playing black metal. Thanks for sharing this lesson. Great video.
Thank you so so much!! I had fun with this video. It didn't get noticed much at first but slowly I think more are discovering it. Thanks so much for your kind words!
Found the percussion qualities you were able to glean from the guitar. I always wondered how the Bee Gees were able to achieve these sounds! Great video! 😀
What an immensely useful video! Thanks for this. Is that a Bonamassa signature copper Cry-Baby Wah pedal there? I'll have to dig mine out of the cupboard and try some of these tricks.
It was good but it was obvious. You totally missed what a wah can do for lead. Used slowly it can shape notes, shape phrases, lows and highs. A wah is an amazing tool for lead guitar if it's not over used and tacky.
Missed? I mentioned in the video I could explore lead playing with a wah next. Rhythm is as, if not more, important than lead playing. At least to learn first. Timing is everything. No sense wailing if you don’t have the basics down.
@@LonelyRocker Didn't mean to sound like a troll. It may sting but mutes and see/sawing the wah ARE obvious. I never said anything about wailing. I was talking about subtly shaping notes. I apologize if I appeared rude.
