I got 12765.7 after idk how many hours or days and 2000+ modules re rolled. It is definitely possible to do better, but a lot of times is needed, and also there are a lot of technical issue and some other stuff we don't know about modules, stats and damage potential. I tested a lot and I can tell that the best way to find the best modules is to test them individually without adjacency bonus, because it can mess up the values when they are together. Also the stats values are not precise, it can be that 1 module has 3.9 % damage, and another one 3.1%, this is the reason why sometimes modules with lower stats perform better, like you showed in the video; 23% is better then 24% sometimes, because value of other stats are higher but you only see the rounded up number. It is also difficult to confirm that those stats are the best, exactly for the same reason, numbers are not precise, my build for this damage potential only has 1 module with Fire Rate, Burst CD and Shots per Burst, the other 2 have a combination of Reload Time and Clips Size also, but I am pretty sure about Fire Rate being the best.

This weapon, Prayer of the Ancients is the dopest looking Alien MT I've seen in the game. It perfectly fits my red and black theme. The tutorial for rolling upgrades at the end was just a bonus. Awesome vid, man. Keep em coming!

Daaaaamnnnn using some of these trics I have now my multi tool doing almost 30k damage potential(27497 so far and Im aint done lol) Thanks for the vid. Very efficient Ps: Im using "Surge of the Horizon" S rifle I centered the boltcaster upgrades in a way that I got 4 supercharged slot all for the Boltcaster!!😬 Edit: now 30086.0 reached and still some tuning do make. But gotta find the right balance between damage and the handling....

Yes confirmed it is at the sentinel pillar marked by God multitool. Coordinates are -13.11,-83.70. It is a class A now and free to repair. The one that also shows up is Abary's Voltage Analyzer. I went back to the space station reloaded game and went back twice until the right one showed up. If you take the wrong tool then you will not get the alien tool I believe not 100% sure. With the power slots close together I am almost to 25k. (I only bought a handful of modules, I need to get better modules but I am close) I am using a similar alien multi tool. I used a different method for getting my modules. I bought 1 at a time had a bunch of c class ( about 10). I would by a module from the pirate equip it and if I didn't like it I would reload. Then buy a module from pirate then equip a c class then equip the pirate module and I would constantly reload until I found one close to what I liked. And keep doing that over and again. I got what I wanted or close enough with 6 try's. Just remember to reset your reload after you find what you like.

Sentinel upgrades also seem to affect Pulse Spitter and Scatter Blaster, I noticed when the fire rate of my Pulse Spitter was absolutely insane after adding them

Just wanted to add that if you're not above duping items, instead of re-rolling and opening modules until you have 3 good ones, you can just dupe the best module with the method shown in the vid. I do this when I have a good module I want to have on all my multi-tools. Saves a lot of time re-rolling. Same works for exosuit and ship modules.

There are 3 versions of the same gun in that system. The one in the video, at a Sentinel pillar on the same planet and also at the station. All have different slot set ups.

the base damage on a regular rifle i found without anything but the mining tool on it, its a rifle with the pointly barrel, is 496.7

In the testing I've done the bolt caster and scatter shot are easily the best. The scatter shot can do insane per-shot damage but gets hampered by its fire rate and range limitations. These factors put it roughly on par with the bolt caster for overall quality in my opinion. The deciding factor is if you prefer getting in close or keeping your distance with accuracy. (testing was done against full sentinel waves)

Very strange I upgraded my multi tool a 2nd time from 11k damage hoping if I rolled some slightly better upgrades on it and it took it down to 10,700 then I get back onto the game after 5 months and look at the damage it’s 13,800

could not find the base alien multi tool makes sense because I am not playing on PC not very good at following coordinates it'd be easier if it was just a compass north south Eastern West

You can try other bases and check by the coordinates if it’s the right one it’s actually very close to the portal wish you luck 👍 you should see the base maybe at the bottom of the list

I like to hunt for fun multitools... But after this latest ENDURANCE update, I am finding a weird thing happening... Many times cabinet classes in Minor Settlements are changes from B to C, C to B, A to C... have you experienced this lately??

@@qballgamingYT Correct, I am in Eisentham (sp?) right now just working one planet and I have marked certain Minor Settlements that I have already checked with what their MT Cab Class is. When I reload my game and check these same cabinets, sometimes the actual class changes?

This has always been the case. The class of a multitool at minor settlements can jump up or down by one class from its main class. If the main class of a minor settlement cabinet is a B, the class can jump up to an A or down to a C. The only cabinets that are always the same class are the ones at space stations. More can be explained if you watch videos on hunting multitools.

They removed the base computer so go to the coordinates there is also a spot where you can get the same multi-tool a class for free at sentinel its labeled but you got to fix it I just went with the coordinates and got the s class

Ahhh.. when I got there I came to a dillema of which gun I wanted to exchnGe my game crashed.. when I loaded back up.. it's not there!! I reloaded last restore and auto saves and it gives me another crap tool.. what do I do?

Restart your autosave or better yet if you have a manual save that is not too long ago with multiplayer disabled then try worst case you can find it at the space station as an a class

Only show up as an A class now not S. Still the Alien Prayer of the Acneints. I reload at the space station maybe a dozen times and got the A class every time. :( nerfed.
