Interesting that this video recommends downsizing to accommodate for stretch, whereas literally every overly-obsessive denim collector I’ve ever talked to, or watched videos from, says exactly the opposite. They all say “don’t listen to anyone that recommends downsizing” and always buy your size or slightly larger to accommodate for permanent shrinkage.
