You did not say anything on wether an LDM is a good replacement for a measuring tape. 2mm off in measuring a piece of land is fine, not so if you have to cut a piece of wood that has to precisely fit. So, can it?
Hey :D You are right, an LDM cannot replace a measuring tape. However, for some application it is more comfortable to use an LDM rather than a measuring tape and vice versa. Some tools like this UNI-T laser tape combine both: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-eD2Hg0uy3BY.html. Have a nice day!
Dear Fernando, Thank you for pointing this out :D You can find more LDMs over here: www.tme.eu/pl/en/katalog/distance-meters/d335c41fff48181d5dde9ef8f9ff8e94.html Have a great day!

Good video, thanks, fun to watch from beginning to end. I think you should have demonstrated people also about a live indirect measurement too. Have a nice day.
