distilled water when its at 7 ph or 5.5 cuz when distilled water sits out for a long time it turns acidic

Also, can you test the pH of coconut oil? (doesn't it have to be in an aqueous solution- is oil devoid of h2o?) Thank you!

You are only rinsing from one side, won't this contaminate the reading?

Can you use a digital ph meter that is used to test water ph for this also?
