I’ve been doing this now for about a month in guys. Literally being in the present 24/7 I’m no longer hypnotized by thoughts anymore. Because since I’m present I can see them coming in it’s so crazy how you can maintain this. Except when I’m in deep sleep of course. I started with Eckhart tolle The power of now.
Driving truck for me...100% attention...11 hours a day...7 days a week...for decades...lol..talk about forced 24/7 presence...I don't notice a single thought.. unless I wish...lol
Also, thank you from the bottom of my heart for producing this content in English. People in America need teachings like yours so badly at this time. We have really lost our way as a whole.
Love the teaching.. and NO America isnt lost. I am sorry You feel it is lost. I am glad you found the teaching. America is fine and will be better than ever. You shouldnt speak negatively! That is what hes talking about! Bless you. We dont compare lands or people! Its stereotyping and not very truthful or correct!
Why do you want to vacate youre daily life...?? Do you find it painful? Then surely you need to stop escaping from it? Simran is just an escape, surely?
@@navminhas412 simran is an escspe. It fails to acknowledge what one is escaping from. Without looking and coming to terms what one is escaping from simran is useless. The problem is the mind. And simran doesn't do anything for that mind. It offers an escspe from it. So it hides the real problem. The mind is only transcended by looking at it not repeating words. The more in think about simran the more nonsense it appears to be.
@@navminhas412 thanks for your response. Im in uk and its 2.39am.... time for sleep.....but thanks for the response....i will repond back in the next few days....as i don't think one should escape...but i shall respond. Best regards :)
@@channiedhillon I give you a challenge, try to think about things which are not related to you, to your likes/likes, memories, knowledge etc. You won't be able to to do it even when repeating somebody else's name you will start about where you heard that name first time etc. Trick here is to repeat a word which only appreciate the physical play happening around you, materialistic play happening inside and outside you. It's the only way to detach from oneself
@@jugrajsingh3299 OK... Here you are right.... You cannot think about anything which is not related to you to yourself... To your self.... And so the same applies to this naam simran repetition of a word.... Yes sure I may first have heard my father repeat the word and now when I repeat it it is again something which is related to my self... To the ideas of my self. It is really a nonsense.... It will not deal with the difficulty of people's lives which is the problem of their mind... It won't deal with it because repetition of word is also mind.
My brother,Buddha came back to his wife after 7-12 years in bewilderment. The first question that Buddha's wife asked him was about leaving home for enlightment.Buddha replied that the wisdom can happen at any place.Need not to go anywhere.Infact, the word Buddha means True Wisdom. The times of Buddha were different to the times of my beautiful Nanak. Both Masters gave teaching contemporary to their times.Wahe Guru ji ka Khalsa,Waheguru ji ki Fateh!!!
The goal of a Sikh is to constantly meditate to the point where it becomes subconscious so we are always meditating on the One. As the lotus flower floats unaffected in the water, so does he remain detached in his own household.
Oothath Bhaithath Sovath Jagat…Eh Man Tujhe Chitahre While standing, sitting, sleeping and awake…may my Mind chant your name. I read the following from a book by Bhai Vir Singh Ji, which might help: Do not worry if your mind doesn’t focus. You must continue focusing on repeating Naam through the day. In the initial stages, Simran eliminates the mind’s dirt. So, at first it is difficult to concentrate. Once the dirt and filth are removed it becomes much easier to concentrate. Once the mind becomes pure one begins to enjoy the sweetness of Simran and does not want to stop doing it. The mind achieves complete control only through Waheguru’s blessing.
You are absolutely right this same thing happend with me . When I start naam simran I never connected but gradually start connecting and now I connected a lot.
Simran is also such a good way of then not thinking unnecessary thoughts that we just keep pondering upon, the stories of past and future 🙏,loving how you simplify spirituality
Thank you! I find myself wanting to chant waheguru out loud or in my mind all day...i will continue with this seriously. Who wants to live even a minute disconnected anyways? Bless.
Thanks so much Brother.. Sharing this video.. How to Mediate all day.... We should practice.. myself we will do my best to do Simran practice all day....Waheguru Waheguru ji🙏🙏
Among the big groups of Sikh preachers, this brother is the real preacher of Sikhism, otherwise most of them are just preach hate on the name of Our great GURUS , and themselves did not understand the highest philosophy of our great GURUS , who preach universal love and universal brotherhood, thanks 🙏 for preaching the true Sikhism to not only Sikh but all the world.
Sit down and realize that 'you are' the 'I am' without words. That is all that is needed. And soon you will arrive at your natural and absolute state. Try 10 minutes today, 11 minutes tomorrow, 12 minutes tomorrow and so on..

My brother, meditation is not a problem.'I' is the problem.Ego remains even in performing an act like meditation.Ego is subtle,Ego has taken a beautiful form but as long as I or the Ego stands, the true meditation is not possible.May Guru bless you with grace.May your Ego fade away.Once Ego goes, you would observe effortless meditation happening 24 hours.Wahe Guru!!!
From my experience of Amritvela and simran throughout the day I have realised ki eh te sari khed hi mann tikan di yeh. Jes den mann tik gya na, odon smjo rabb mil geya. Fer bairag v ayega te bhagti da safar shuru hovega. I always tell myself ki rabb de door te knock kri ja, keep on repeating his name. Kdi te oh buha kholega. Kabir has also instructed us to keep repeating, keep chanting his name.
HIT MAN none of Gurbani is sourced from anywhere but directly from one. Although there might be comparisons to previous messages and some messages that are near enough the same, this just suggests that all previous messengers god sent are also true but have become lost in translation or have been corrupted by ego.
Nicely and beautifully narrated. We cannot take bath in the Sea when there are no waves. Like this we cannot live our life without maya I.e. thoughts especially negative thoughts. When we practice chanting wahe guru the unnecessary thoughts will become vanished automatically. Maya could not stand before mantra. By practice we can become perfect. Wahe Guru. Pranaams.
Daddy Cool its meaning in depth is " THE ONE AND ONLY WHO IS DOING EVERYTHING FROM INSIDE TINIEST ATOM TO THE WHOLE UNIVERSE IS ONE i.e "ALMIGHTY GOD". "
हथ कार वल। चीत्त निरंकार वल। What that means is: Japo Naam and do Simran with every breath, every day, all day. Whatever task it is that we embark upon - whether it is cooking, driving, cleaning, walking, running, japo naam with every breath, with every step. When we do that we also keep ourselves away from the पंच दुष्ट - काम, क्रोध, लोभ, मोह, अहंकार, निंदा - चुग़ली and one day, become one with The One - nirankar. It’s that easy! Practice practice practice. Whatever it is that we practice, we become good at it. So, start practising with Naam. Wah E Guru!
