Hi guys, I apologize for taking so long to upload my new video. I hope you'll find this useful. Let me know in the comments if this made sense to you, if this was helpful and if you'd like some guided meditations to support your practice. The next video is scheduled for next Sunday PST!
I just subscribed a few days ago and have been watching your videos to help with my meditation. Thank you for uploading another video 🙏🏾 im very grateful for your guidance
Hi! I started uploads videos again. Much to come and I think you’ll find my latest video helpful as I share about what I wish I knew before starting meditation: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BQglZbHGDII.html
Thanks for this video. Acceping for example the monkey-mind as it is, is really essential to not get influenced by it. We should learn seeing things and life for as it is without any judgements and comparisons - as well it is helpful to find inner peace and our true nature :)
Thank you 😊 Your videos are a great reminder for me to stick with practice, and to be patient. I have noticed a pattern of me being very dedicated to my practice for a few months, and then stopping and being swayed by sensual pleasures. I am impressed when I see people like yourself who are wholeheartedly dedicated.
It's normal, it's the ups and downs of the practice. That's why we need friends to walk this path together so we can support, inspire and learn from each others!
That’s a great way to focus and calm our mind. I just started uploading again. It’s the beginning of a long series of videos that follow one another, like a long course. Hope you’ll find those helpful 🙏.
Also, After doing mindful meditation for 1.5 months I found myself very inward and depressed. What could be the reason? I was not social for the same time period, do you think that could be the reason?
A lot of times, we were depressed before realizing it. Meditation just helps us to turn inwards to be in touch with that is going on. Maybe you didn't realize depression was there beforehand. I have made a video I'll publish soon about it. But regarding depression, it is a very common experience and the good thing is that you recognized it. Now you need to learn how to be with it and how to transform it. I will share more about it as it is a very very important topic. For now, in your practice, I'd recommend to simply be with it. And to practice with the 2 other videos i put in the description. Healing takes time, we need to be patient. But it's well worth it.

It can be. All sort of sensations can come up but tightness in the chest is very common. Usually, it is stress that causes thightness in the body, could be the chest, the belly, shoulders, jaws, legs ... anywhere, really. The practice is simply to recognize it and see if you can simply be with it. Be with it. Not pushing the experience away. If the tightness becomes too strong, redirect your attention to something else like another part of the body.
Thank you for your thoughts on this topic :) I always find my meditation related worries soothed by your explanations! Have you ever heard about John Yates (Culadasa), what's your opinion on his book The mind illuminated? I'd use in my practice a guided meditation, it would be highly appreciated Thank you for your efforts and time you put in helping us :)
Hello Greta, I haven't read this book but it looks like a really good book. I am glad my explanations are making your practice more smooth, one thing that is challenging at the beginning is knowing if we are on the right track! I'll upload some guided meditations at some point. Thanks for mentioning it. This is an example of interconnection, you and me. It helps me to read your messages to keep on going and sharing. Have a great week!
