How To Melt and Roll Out an Ingot With Scrap Silver 

During the forging stage hammer the edges of the ingot, it will help reduce cracking at the edges.

The silver sheet will not crack if you roll it twice at the same thickness and never tighten the mill more than ¼ turn each time.
