Thanks for you vid! Do I need to set up the MX records before starting the migration from the old provider? Or can I switch to MS MX Records when it is completed?

No problem hope it helped! You can switch the MX records after the migration has completed. Usually, I create an email account under a .onmicrosoft.com domain, then migrate the email and then once the migration has completed, setup your domain and then swap the domain for that account over to the domain you have added into the tenant.
