You saved the day! I could have spent a couple hours reading and trying to understand the help files. Instead I spent 20 minutes watching your video and doing it along . Very good tutorial, the pace is a little fast, I paused a couple times but every step is well explained.

This helped a ton! This allowed me to finally get the migration to function properly. However there is one step that you can change to migrate a bit easier. If you have people who are not very tech savy, instead of using the 2FA function, after allowing less secure apps access, simply log in as the user and make sure that is turned on in their My Google Account page. Once I did that, the migration completed just fine. Thanks for this video as it helped me pin point the issue I was having with some users!

Thanks Mohammed for your video, but there's a problem. if there are a lot of labels in gmail account therefore the Microsoft IMAP migration, duplicates emails two or three times, so the outlook mail is twice or triple the original size. Do you have any solution without using software from other companies? Thanks, Danilo

How does Office 365 know which corresponding gmail account should be imported. I couldn't see any mapping in the CSV file.

brother i tried this process it duplicates all the mails in the office 365 so if a user takes 10gb sapce after migration it takes 20gb space

Hi Sir, I already finish your Video, I didn't see you try to add SPF records in your Domain?? how is that possible?? Do I need to delete Existing SPF record and MX record in my Domain? after adding that routing to office 365 DNS Settings?

Hi mate! , can I ask you a question, I am not using Gmail but I'm using Cpanel hosting provided by Domain Godaddy. After Migration do i need to delete the SPF settings in DNS in my domain or Do I need to add first my Domain to office 365? Then delete the DNS after adding SPF settings to my Domain? thanks

Add domain to M365 and once you started office 365 as your primary system to send and receive. The change SPF record to office 365

Why IMAP migration and not G-Suite migration type, as it's available in EXO?

as we don't have access on DNS in current domain and we want to migrate to new domain, so the only option is IMAP or PST :)

Hi..i've some questions and if you would be able to help with the same on call. 1) Is there any easy way for getting the APP specific passwords for all users at once. 2) Will i be able to have multiple batches synced till the last mail in all mail boxes before i finally change the MX reords. 3) As we have 100 users how much time it would ideally take for the entire lot to migrate to MS365. 4) Your instructions in this video looks apt. Just need to ensure that none of the data is lost while migration. 5) Also how would be able to migrate Contacts and Calendar from gsuite to MS365 using similar process. I would be glad if you can address my queries and if we can get on a call for a small discussion. Best, Rahull
