Hello I have a question for whomever has work experience with CNC and plexiglass Is long term exposure like daily ( 5 days a week ) dangerous or risky for the health of worker who uses CNC to make those products out of plexiglass and acrylics ?

I will have to mill the surface of the plexiglass, are there any methods apart from using a blowtorch to restore the gloss to a level similar to that before processing?

You can try soaking a piece of fine grit sandpaper in water. For 2-3 minutes, remove the scuffs in a circular motion by pouring water on the surface. But this only works with small scuffs and scratches.
