Do you feel confident about your position strategy while playing? Is that something you would like to know more?

Sb strategy for me - I tend to 3bet from Sb a lot with suited aces, QTs, Kjs, etc - hands that are nicely playable but maybe will struggle with domination against EP raisers. Would like to hear you go into detail on effective small blind strategy

As I remember, there’s an option in PS client «never muck opponents cards» or something like that. So you don’t need to open hand history window just to show what they have.

Hi Lex, I've noticed a lot of people disregard opening ranges for positions in low stakes tournaments (they open no matter the position or handstrenght) making me overfold. Any tips how to counter? BR and thanks for the videos. Jan

You don't really need to counter that in general. Just play as you would and if they open too wide, it just means you are going to have the best hand more often and win majority of showdowns. But if you notice someone keeps opening SUPER wide, then maybe consider 3-betting them more often.

What do they do facing 3bets with these wide opening ranges? Playing correct ranges is already going to be profitable for you but you can also now exploit them. If they fold to 3b bc they're opening too wide, you can 3b a more polarized range and see the flop more with hands that play well. If they call to 3b too wide as well then you just want to have a more linear 3b range and do so with most hands you play.

My question would be, that when i rarely play not bounty tournament like these, my experience is that people tend to be really tight. If i tight myself up as well i usually just blind out, if i try to make a move on them they usually just have the nuts. How can i play around that if i know that they are tighter then they should be? ( I do really well in bounty tournaments cause people are really loose and i can usually just play pretty forward style)

i agree wirh you normally he should value bet his straight weird play, maybe he smell your flush

That guy checking his straight on the river was crazy tight, but not even very surprising at these stakes. I've found that in the low stakes, players are EXTREMELY wary when going for triple barrels because while low stakes players usually call far too wide on the flop, it's rare that they call down a triple barrel without the absolute nuts. That said the guy is obviously missing out on a ton of value with that check haha
@ZanttuXD
@ZanttuXD Год назад
I've also found that there's a lot of people in low stakes who just assume the opponent ALWAYS has a flush when there's 3 cards of the same suit on the board, and they never bet in those situations without a flush themselves.

Not betting the straight on the river there is a crime, can't be scared of a flush every time it is possible.
