thank you for the tutorial i made it and it works perfect but the amplifier was way too powerful the speaker heats up and smaller amplifier doesnt give much of bass thanks again it was awesome built
i measure in terms of the size of the magnet and take into account the high and low of the magnet. and also the sound level we need. if you want high bass, the wire should be quite large. if you want medium, reduce the size of the wire. and many more that I take into account too long for me to tell.
I have a full range speaker but I want to turn it to a subwoofer for more bass. Will it work well if i transfer the cone to another subwoofer basket which can support a larger voice coil?
Para que eso hubiera quedado mejor yo hubiera cortado una tira de chapa de 1 centimetro y medio y lo soldaba alrededor de donde va la suspencion y unas orejas para los tornillos y resien ahi ponia el cono y la bovina y pintaba.

1:32 how did you remove the speaker tray with out damaging it? i tried it many times and busted 4 mini speakers but i damaged the tray while removing the magnet. Pls reply how did you remove it like that
I remove it by using a flat screwdriver and a kitchen knife. but with full precision. do not ever knock. it easily damages the structure of the speaker.
Olá, pra você remover os imãs e todo o anteparo do falante, você coloca ele dentro de uma panela com água fervente, derrete a cola, ou você coloca dentro de uma panela com solvente thinner.
