How to move a highly critical system and 60k machines in the cloud (Keynote) 

Amadeus transferred every aspect of their mission-critical system to Azure and it turned out, not everything worked how they expected. Migrating 60,000 virtual machines into the cloud shouldn't be such a problem and resilience is also not a concern because cloud service providers have numerous data centres' worth of availability zones.
