my feature is not moving, the move option is greyed, even tried removing M and Z values.

When you click on start edit, select the feature that you want to move. It should work then i think.

How to scale raster image? I want to scale raster image in 1:1000 what is the procedure for that please help..

Thanks for watching sir. You will find raster scale features in Georeferencing tool. First, you have to select Georeferencing toolbar. In Georeferencing toolbar you will find a drop-down menu containing rotate, sift and scale. Select scale and put the value 1000 to scale the raster image

@@sanketpatil2760 Then like the above video, you have to manually add this. Go to customize option. click on customize mode. Click on commands.Type "Scale" . then select editor from the categories. you will find the scale tool in left side of the command box. drag and drop it in georeferencing toolbar.
