Here's my easy tutorial for how I install natural looking faux locs over my natural locs! I use kinky marley hair in order to achieve this look. You can do this on starter locs or mature locs! There's ton of marley brands so choose which you like best!
I use 8-9 packs to achieve this look!

Thank you so much for this video. Your method was so simple and easy. I used the Jamaican Marley hair with the curly ends for a more bohemian look and did dip mine because i wanted them to move a bit more freely. But thank you so much again!

Thanks love. Typically 2-4 weeks. No longer as I don’t want my locs to get tangled with Marley hair. So I don’t suggest longer than a month

Hi! When you took the faux locs out, did your roots get thin or break off from too much tension? I want to try this but the last time I did box braids over my locs and my roots were never the same.

I think it depends on how long you keep the style and how much hair you used. Personally im just going to risk doing soft locs over my locs because they're not fully mature yet and im a bit tired of how they look and how they thin out kinda easy

@@Queenstorm111 they were nice. I personally would do them again but they did tangle to my hair instantly but didn't matt to it. I left them in for 3 months almost 4.. i would definitely recommend buying really sharp small scissors so u can cut them out easier and without chomping your hair just feel for where yours is and cut beside it not into it

I have locs but I have a mullet!! my hair is down my back in the back but my front (crown up) is just below shoulder length. I'd love to see what my hair would look and feel and weigh like if it was all long.
