Most freelancers don't know how to negotiate with clients. And that's exactly why they don't find good ones. A good freelancer will always negotiate confidently with a client, putting forward his own requirements as well.

Khalil is one of the best freelancer writers out there. In Khalil's video about cover letters, he's provided some of the best tips out there. I have watched many videos and I don't think there's any good freelance writer/guide in Pakistan than Khalil. Followed his tips on writing a good cover letter and got my first client. Didn't have SEO experience at the time and I politely said no to the client; moreover, I shared with them my blogs that I'd previously written. That and the way I dealt with the client got me the deal.

Maham, freelancing is a whole wide world within itself. It is not limited to content writing. I would suggest you to register yourself in Digiskills. It's a platform where Pakistan's brightest brains teach freelancing, content writing and much more. They teach you from the scratch. The deadline ends at 11:59 pm, 26th April. This video is very helpful! My first talk with my client was a disaster. Not THAT bad but not good either. I didn't know what to say and was nervous. The client asked me a sample of sales copy. I gave them but the their requirement was something I have not done before (still haven't done a lot of things tho). So i had to turn down the deal because I didn't want to mess it up for him. I need to work a lot on my confidence.

This video was pretty helpful. I've been an idiot so far. When I initially started writing blogs last year, I 'hinted' at credibility but I was denied it. Even today I write for an organisation but they don't give me credibility. 🤦🏻‍♀️ This is an issue because I have been acknowledged to be a good writer. I only have proof as word doc that I actually wrote those articles being published under someone else's name. But this post is a good awakening call, so I'm going to ask for credibility again to my current employer. Otherwise, I have plans of beginning freelancing soon. Thank you so much for the credibility bit, really helped. :(

I first tell you that you had advice beginner freelancer that they start on Facebook, so according to my observations facebook have many scam users on that groups, their works are out of mind, we are trying to understanding their requirements but fail... So i want from you to plz tell us authentic group on facebook or other option than Facebook, i really totally confused on Facebook, it is totally oppst that you had discussed with us

Salam Asher, I never said that there are no scams on Facebook. In fact, I've made a whole video on online scams and how to avoid them. It's just about using common sense, buddy. Try joining groups that are specific to content writing only. For that, search "content writers" and join the groups that pop up. That should improve the quality of groups
