Have you ever had doubts about your salvation? About whether or not you are saved? As we finish our series, Summer on the Mount, Todd Wagner walks us through Matthew 7:21-29, teaching us how we can know we are saved and what to do-how to live-in light of studying the entirety of the Sermon on the Mount the past three-months.

The problem is it takes a lot of thinking, processing and believing to interpret scripture. I think it is the people that say “I know what this means” are the real wolves. They get their power from their superior knowledge. They turn their church into the beast. When people say “I think...” they are processing and bouncing their ideas of their friends. When pastors/teachers say it in a sermon , they are not in dialog and can mislead people. Let’s make Jesus our pastor, put him on the pedestal. Our pastors should be facilitators.

Brother Todd, only true faith would cause a pastor as wise as you to imagine that a message which has received a grand total of four comments and 27 “likes” after 11 months could light the fire of revival IF it was even more convicting... “) You rightly included the Moedim/heavenly APPOINTMENTS in a list of things that Abba doesn’t want from us IF we are not sincerely in love with Him...BUT...you neglected what Abba told us in Ex31:13!!! YHVH has given us a eternal (wedding ring) SIGN between Himself and us that He simply says is “ABOVE ALL” and we “practice lawlessness” when we follow Constantine over YHVH. (!) You do well to tell us to be convicted of sin, but neglect the only way that we have to DEFINE SIN. Teach and obey Torah...like Jesus did, brother. WHY DID YOU QUOTE 1John5:11-13 and neglect v3...or 1John2:3-4, and 3:4 as Revelation14:12 Saints??? (!) Don’t follow the initial response of Naaman to a simple and easy Command to follow, but obey the Most High with your whole heart...EVEN WHEN ALL THAT IS REQUIRED IS TO REST AND FELLOWSHIP WITH HIM ON SABBATH AND THE 7 ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS THAT HE SET FOR AND WITH US--NOT TO BE SAVED, BUT BECAUSE JESUS HAS SAVED US!!!!!!! 🕎❤️✝️

A friend had told me about the pastor.. and I listen but I have to tell you.. he's just a little bit too loud and speaks way too fast for me.. but that's just me.

Haha yea some quick bidder taking there. I like rc sproul and Michael brown a lot though. Shoot I’m starting to enjoy enemies of the faith talk a lot lately to really strengthen my biblical literacy.

I know we are not supposed to boast but it would be interesting to know if anyone actually hit the ground and repented after this message. I was part of a church and I have visited churches where the same message was preached yet no one ever went forward or fell prostrate where they sat (myself included) in sorrow before Jesus to repent. At the end of the message, people just got up and went their merry way. Probably none of my business, just curious.
