How to NOT blow out your voice. 

I just took the course.. that was really a cool one! is very strange.. like I done a lot of courses, but this is the first time that after this warm up, I ddi it really intense for half an hour I have never this clear hearing since I was a kid.. something happened when I did the low growls and a lot of mucus came up, I mean ha ha a lot and suddenly it was like both my noose began to rinse and compression in my ears opened up a bit and I suddenly could hear again, maybe it was due to going really high up with high compression , and then really low down.. I have had like a lock on my ears for years, is stil bothering me but I began to open up within the jaw, the face and throat by this warm up.. I liked this way of working with sensing what happens instead of just doing straight scales or something more conventional cool way of working !

Same here, except I'm in Florida... I'm stuck with an alligator now.

Same here in Sweden, I have an elk/moose in my house now and it's eating directly from the fridge. I'm now sad, scared and hungry... 😢
