I had to drink a very disgusting home remedy because I was sick and I knew I couldn't finish it because of how dense and disgusting it was. The trick of dehydrating the mouth with a paper towel really helped. The drink was still extremely disgusting but I was at least able to drink it quickly without having the feeling of throwing up. @@Insanegamer22220497 lucky I would say, although obviously taste and especially smell is pretty important, still, I for example don't eat A LOT of food because I don't like smell or taste, was kinda easier for me with covid when I lost senses.
Pinch your nose and eat(or drink) whatever it is. You shouldn’t taste it until you unplug your nose. So it’s good if you’re having a large quantity of food.
