I appreciate you making all these how to videos man, especially on budget friendly builds. I’m getting my block machined and head inspected by a local machine shop rn, once i get it back i plan on putting everything together myself. It’s gonna be a vitara and the first motor i’ve ever built/put back together. Definitely gonna be using your channel for help throughout the process

When you install the c-clips always try to keep the open portion of the clip up or down. That will reduce the chance of the clip poping out when the stroke of the piston changes directions especially at high RPM.

Did you out the bearings around the rod and torqued before you marked the block for the notch ?

Do you think it's a good idea to use the maxpeeding rods in turbo configuration? for d15b7 since they no longer exist. I would like your opinion

This engine will be able to put me into the 10s but with my supercharger setup a 12 is reasonable but if I take supercharger off and turbo it then it’s a 10 second capable engine setup

Texas Honda Channel will be very interesting seeing you maximize the supercharged and switch to turbo and lower to the 10 second

Is Max speeding rods planning on a no notch rod for vitara pistons. plus have you any experience with DNJ rod and main bearings and thrust washer

I usually use king bearings or acl not sure on DNJ I’m not sure if they have plans but it would be cool to see!
