GRANNY DID IT! This guy is a genius! Watch several videos, patiently used several methods, and none worked. I was frustrated and was ready to dump the briefcase to garbage. Then, I found this video. At 1st. try, I ignored the 2nd. part of instruction, assumed, it is a a a, you know.... So, I give up. Later, I recalled it & it made sense... Tried again, following instructions & on the first try, it just OPENED 🎉❤😅 Thank you, whoever you are, wherever you are, a huge respect to your knowledge, patience & idea to post, share & teach the rest of us... It feels like a $300 bill! Happy follower.
I bought a locked briefcase at a thrift store. It was in great condition on the outside. I found the notches at 761 and when I counted 5 for each number it didn't open. BUT, I added one more digit (6 count not 5) and my case opened, yeah!! Thanks alot for you video. The others I watch didn't fit for my type of briefcase, but this was perfect!!
I used a sewing needle and poked it down the side of each number till I could find the notch in each cylinder and then added 5 and it popped right open. Turns out ti was 000. Thanks for the video.
Amazing it really worked and was so easy thank you so much u have such a brilliant mind sir.My father's briefcase got locked and he forgot the code i tried just once and it worked thanks a lot👏👏
Worked! As described in the video, with a pen torch, look into the gap of each number and move the digits till you see a small metal element. Stop. Proceed to next slot. Voila! I couldn't see the metal bit on the middle number. So tried random numbers 0 to 9 for the middle one until it opened.
@@carlosanibalrobledo4432 Busca las muescas en el cilindro interior como se muestra en el vídeo. Luego le sumas 5 a la combinación que te dé y ya lo tienes 👍🏼.
I found the notches at 682 straight line clear visible to me no cylinder on these notches and i counted 5 after each notch so mine is 137 and calculation for code no i started count after 6,8,2 till got 5th digit 7 8 9 0 1(5th digit=1),90123(5th digit 3),34567(5th digit=7), so its 137
Check for the spot in the cylinder again, try with 112 and 990, and perhaps jiggling it a little, so the "hook" part is unstuck. If your briefcase is a newer model this trick might not work.
Hello We had an old Samsonite suite case on which it really hard to see the hole. I have 000 (with hole) and other figures have circle but not a hole If you ok, I want to send pic of it I can’t open suitcase
It worked! I have a really old Samsonite briefcase, however (perhaps 20~30 years old), and instead of holes, there were little metal ribs sticking up periodically along the cylinder. I found a gap with a missing rib on each cylinder, however, and faced the gap up towards me--ie: the smooth spot with the missing rib up towards me. Then, that was the combination! It just opened! No need for me to rotate at all past that nor to put the gaps on the backside.
In some models, the mecanism to release the lock might not be at 180º but 90º or so. After finding your number, add 111 to the combination, try to force it open, as you might need a little play to open, like on the video) repeat until you found the correct one (10 combinations possible, it won't take you long)
