Oh my God, you are genius. My same printer is giving P03 error (and head is moving) technicians said it's software issue. But he didn't came back to repair it.
can you please show me how to trouble shoot g4010 canon printer when it there is an issue on the feeder or roller, though I have already did some cleaning, the paper that is fed is crumpled and what is flashed on the screen after is "load paper" I really can't identify what is wrong with my printer. the story is like this, I was printing several pages. it was okay. However, when i tried to print again, it says, "paper jam", I canceled the printing job and took the paper out from the feeder. When I tried to print again, still there is a pop-up window notifying of error printing due to paper jam, when I looked closely at the feeder, I saw folded paper that was stuck on the roller/feeder. I took it out, and tried to print again, but then it cannot feed on any paper anymore, it even crumples the paper that the feeder takes. on the right part of the feeder, there is a trace of the roller that it is okay, however, on the left part, there is no sign of the roller feeding on the paper. maybe you could help me with this issue? thanks!
Great, but after i remove the stuck item in the roller, assemble back the printer, the carrige move violently crashing to left and right and showing P02 error. Can you help me?
