How do you find the requirements or regulations to open up a truck yard from the township? How do you know if you are able to create a truck yard in a location?

If you have land in city limits you need approvals from township. The best way to avoid all the headache is to hire a civil engineer he will get all the approvals and design the parking lot etc for you. Try to buy a land with NO RESTRICTIONS.

How would the public like it if the government charged them to park their cars at the grocery store? Then please don't charge truckers to park their rig. We spend way too much time away from home to pay for parking.
And how do you think the owner will pay the mortgage and property taxes if everyone parked for free? And you better believe the cost of our the groceries account for the parking lot! Do you ever ask the gas stations not to charge you for diesel?
