I've tried so many times, change device, works good, and then malfunctioning, then replace the device, and back to square one I've even brought the device in at home in the winter here in Minnesota your supposed to, and still same problems it's making blow over and over again I almost lost my job for sitting at home blowing up to 25 times!!!!!!
What happens if you happen to turn the car off in the middle of it prompting you to give a sample ? Do you just tap the black button again and give a sample ? What about accidentally missing a sample while you’re driving ? Do you just tap black button when you notice it and give a sample ? Thank you.
the company makes things very difficult for the customers and the installers. as installers we do our best to make everything operate as smoothly as possible but when intoxalock sends faulty units, schedules appointments without confirmation and fails to communicate everybody suffers .
Yeah. I know a person who has one. He/she (Not gonna say, a little private) was supposed to have it for a year. He/she is (I am pretty sure) going onto their 4th year because of the company not understanding something about the past(I dunno), but he/she is going on their third or fourth year, and he/she HATES the company!! And yeah, I understand. I feel bad for everyone involved in the Intoxalock company
@@a1mobiledetailingct962 for me I HV to drive 3 hours to the istallation location. Idk how many breaths I HV to sample on the way there and back. 7 yrs I just put it off wondering which device is better I don't want to be stuck by the road somewhere when it gives a false reading. It sucks.
He seems to be using all his might. Even grabbing the cord lol. I use to smoke during my first intoxalock and it was a grind but now I got my second dui and I definetly feel more confident
Do not get intoxalock, cold or hot weather will make this pos malfunction. Before you know it you're paying $75 left and right for lockouts in -10 degree weather, shitty! Just fyi 😉
The worst company to deal with i rather have gotten the camera one dude they straight charged me a extra month becuz of paperwork lmfao they give bs answers and never explain things its like they make up as they go SMH
Man. Just got mine today. Hard to use with having COPD and heart surgery 6 days ago. Got locked out within 10 minutes. Installer gave me the wrong breathing pattern. I am not impressed after day 1 of 730. My first DUI, age 54. Freaking govt/and corporation working together. Seems I need state, and company permission and doctors proof to modify amount of breath pressure to operate it. Installer says he's never heard of someone not being able to use one because of lung function and has never modified one. The only certified installer in town.
I have problems with breath control too. I have to get a interlock I was told to get a doctors note too. Do u recommend this device and did they modify it for you?
the intoxalock unit is a piece of garbage with a even worse service and support. take my advice and bring your business elsewhere and don't support anyone that works with that company
after working with this company for about a month now I have to agree with you. we have had lots of trouble with the units they are sending them to us defective. When we have to replace a damaged unit, I can't charge a customer for my time because it's not their fault and intoxalock doesn't pay me for the replacement so I end up losing out of my pocket. if I had a little better knowledge of this company from the start I probably would not have became affiliated.
