How to ORGANIZE your camera gear using a tool chest 

Hah, yeah, it's funny because at photography gigs people are amazed when I tell them it isn't what I do to make a living and tell them I own a swimming pool business. Making money from photography, especially if you want to sell fine art is a tough road, similar to music. I'm happy to make a fair living fixing pools which allow me to buy nice camera gear and enjoy it, not be forced to make a living with it. Thanks, this was truly one of those things that worked out better than I expected. The key was finding a chest with deep enough drawers (but not TOO deep).

I keep the cabinet in a room that's air conditioned/heated and have a hygrometer in my house to keep a check on humidity (furniture and other things don't like extremes either). If however you wanted something like this with it's own humidity control I'd likely buy one of the premade cabinets specifically for that, with the way this is constructed I don't believe adding humidity control would b practical.
