Your "Teacher Planner" has helped me break down my project role in categories per day. Just by brainstorming the activities in each category against the week, I am able to see where my time is allocated and focused and where I may need to schedule better for mundane tasks in a week. I am a project administrator in a financial services corporate environment, and married mom of 3... I have followed your videos for the last 3 since (since COVID)... Thank you... Thank you... Thank you.
I'm loving the daily videos and watching them all. I think I mentioned before that I recommend your channel to me first year college students who need lots of help with project/time management. I tell them this channel is my inspiration channel--I'll never be able to try all of these tips and they wouldn't all work for me anyway. But even the things that wouldn't work to me are inspiring. So, just wanted to say thank you for all you do and for these daily videos in particular. I can't imagine how you are getting them all done. Oh wait! I can totally imagine. I can just watch this video again. :)

Great video. I saw a teacher planner on clearance, should of grabbed it. This makes great sense. I homeschool and work from home, this format would work wonders. I would like to know how to organize blogging ideas, posts, and publishing.
Do you feel there is a helpful system for people or leaders in agency life - where 75% of our days are spent in meetings, clients texting and managing many teams and working 10-12 hour days to get it all done? Even as a paid program you sell as a coach? I spent a lot of money last year on a burnout coach and while I implemented a lot of things - I still struggle with the “always on / always urgent” nature of my job.
I could use something like this too. I suspect that it involves time blocking for personal time, but setting boundaries is challenging when you as the manager are the last stop for accountability for deadlines and client requests. 🤔
So two minutes in I notice x’s. I paused and told my husband…I started following Alaina bc I was trying to figure out how to get to EVERYTHING, EVERYDAY. Apparently this is impossible and that’s good to know! (I’ve known that to be true, but now I know know.)
I can’t use a catch all as my work schedule changes constantly - I could have a meeting one minute then it is cancelled and I would just utilise that space with a last minute appointment etc - in social care it’s fast paced and your diary has to be extremely flexible only time I can block out is for admin and training - have you got any suggestions ?
