How To Organize Your To Do List 

At work I go through all emails and write down the most important events for that day. Doing that keeps me in the loop and way more informed. You should be reviewing your to do list daily. If I do something as simple as sending an email, I make note of it in my to do list journal. Try it, it works.

I love this process! My life runs off of my to-do lists, but they mostly live between my head and iPhone notes which leaves so many important things undone or lost. I especially love the brain dump and key!! I'm not so detailed oriented that I'm making master and sub to-do lists but I'm getting there! Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to bringing this into my new Color Crush Planner for 2017.

I've been modifying my to do list system for years now and I basically went with a similar system like yours. I create a master to do list and break it down by categories and then create a weekly to do list. Thanks for your vid!!!

Awesome. What I have learned is if you write it down, you are more likely to remember it. I'm more productive than ever.
