Hello I hope you and your family are doing well. I came across your video today about having a spouse with depression then stumbled upon this video as well I have been with my husband for about 10 years and recently this year have had a huge curveball come our way and I want to help him get through it but it’s something that we can’t determine the out come but I see he is feeling depressed and hopeless and I am doing my best to be there for him and help him but I to am feeling these emotions and I want to remain strong not only for myself but for him I just don’t know what to do anymore I have prayed and prayed and done my best to help encourage him I don’t want to see us go down because I know we can overcome although we may not be able to determine the future I want to help him be level minded and grounded so we can have the strength with overcoming this please I just ask if you could please pray for us for our home our future both together and individually so we can be set free from all that is trying to to tie us down and bring us down I just need as much prayer as possible I believe the Lord listens and has his time for everything but I know there is strength in numbers I just please all I ask is prayers for us ❤
Hi Lisa, I’m raising my 9 year old grandson since my daughter’s death 9 years and 3 months ago. I am so.... discouraged! I’ve recently divorced after 2 marriages the last 34 years and feel like I’m at my last wits. I had to resign from my jobs 2.5 years before mmy retirement 4 years ago and live off my retirement which I exhausted the first year. Life hasn’t been very easy for me. At 52 I stand back and examine my life and don’t know who I am right now. It’s a struggle mentally to raise this 9 year old who has behavioral issues in school. You have been on my mind, Bettina. I am sorry for all that you have gone through, and you are in my prayers. Do you have a church community where you feel connected and known and loved? It is important that people remind us who we are when we forget. And in the mess, your Father in heaven sees your sacrifice, knows who you are and loves you beyond what you can imagine. It's not all in vain, trust me. And count on my prayers.
