Tim I watched the master class and was so moved. Everything you said was confirmation to me. And didn't think the money was too much, I even cried because the discounts and everything said this was for me. Yet, at the time I had no money and was waiting on a disability hearing. The beautiful person on the live chat told about the RU-vid channel and I said "anyway and by any means necessary!" I started at 9:30pm CST watching the masterclass and it is now 3am and I'm devouring these videos. Soon I will be sending my success insider testimony. I will not give up on me again...the video may be old but my resolve is BRAND NEW!!! Thank you...stay safe

I heard this universe voice every day and it's always hanging around inside my head and it pretty sucks! One day I couldn't stop it and I just blow me by shouting at that voice and I said go away and stop telling me untruth about my self. And I started blessing my mind and my life with positive words. It's hard but needs to fight these negative words that always shoot my mind. You are right we have to control our mind. This video is really cool and I loved it so so much. ” Listen to our gut ”. This was a great Video!! My 2 major take aways were these - 1. The way you compared meditation to being an observer of the storm. That was incredible. Usually if you are in a storm the most logical thing to do would be to find a safe harbor and that's what we forget in our life. 2. The way you emphasized the importance of fear! And to understand that if there is a fear then there is an opportunity to grow!!

You're awesome bro, damn. thanks so much. Exams' the day after. i was fearful and feeling really anxious. I Was about to watch a video on youtube regarding my studies, when i saw this vid by chance on the main page. So i clicked it, Immediately as you were talking I became more powerful than the voice of Fear and the anxiousness left me. Literally after you finish step 1, i felt my shoulders relax, my posture change and my breathing no longer shallow. Cheers man. thank you

Mariano Mendizabal Maybe if u realise that nothing is certain. But ask yourself this: what pain will I feel if I don't do this? What regret? Do I want that regret? Or do I want to start now and get to my goal? And also, expose yourself to a positive environment - through good videos, books, quotes, people, etc. And say positive things to yourself a lot. :) Check out my channel for more helpful stuff.

Simple. Meditation. I had the same doubts, extreme anxiety, stress and fear, meditation has completely taken all that negative nonsense away. Start with Isha Kriya everyday.

Thanks for watching buddy. I suggest if your new to meditation for you to use the app headspace or buddhify (if your own a budget). I mediate every single morning and it takes several months for you to start noticing the difference. But the sooner you start buddy the better it will be for you. Look up the benefits of mediation and you will be blown back! 😊 Take care and speak soon!

thanks for wonderful videos, i started working as a hotel receptionist for 2 month, i am worrying when I am talking to customer face to face especially other senior colleagues around me and observing me, how can reduce my fear in such situation, thanks ahead for your advises

Dilshod Ismailov Hi, it's important to meet that fear of insecurity with understanding of self which leads to confidence in self. Really, you have to realize that you are adequate enough for any situation. I recommend you spend some time sitting down and writing out what the goal is in your daily interactions. Think about why you feel at unease by your coworkers or customers. Is it the information you give? Is it how you communicate the information? What specifically do you fear? A great book to read focused on communication is "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. I hope that helps. Take a moment to step back and reflect each day and you'll be one step closer to conquering fear.

He's absolutely right. You have to meditate and pay attention to yourself. Meditation gives you space from your mind and body and almost gives you this third person view relieving stress, anxiety and fear and after time completely getting rid of it. How much is your life worth? How much attention do you give yourself? Meditation is key. If you're not sure how to start meditating like I was try Isha Kriya a simple but powerful 12 minute meditation by the best guru in the world Sadhguru, do it everyday and see the results just within weeks. These are some good techniques. But presented in a very simplified way. If you are dealing with severe anxiety, breathing deeply and standing up straight probably isn't going to work very quickly. It could take up to a hour to calm down. Managing anxiety is a practice that can take years.

Hi Tim, thank you for your videos. I am learning a lot. For #4, what happens if your family (parents, siblings, nephews, etc.) are all negative and discouraging? I am having a tough time with this and doing my best to push forward without them. This has been going on for many years. Any recommendations are appreciated!

Nice one bro, I really felt all u said cause I have anxiety and fear issues too. but right after I watched this video all I am thinking of is GO and I want to ask u something, hope u don't mind, I am 23 years old i fear a lot, i am afraid of being successful, but I have a great mind and thinking of things I love to do and I don't put in any action I just say it in my head and before u know someone in some place else is doing it, what should I do to stop that from happening to me and just say to myself do it, I know I can do it? so I got a girlfriend right and she tells me to do the right thing at the right time, I listen to her, then after she tells me I'll go on and do the opposite, which is not doing anything, please how do I channel my energy in doing all that she has told me?
