How To overcome Fear Subconscious Mind
Fear of public speaking is a common form of anxiety. It can range from slight nervousness to paralyzing fear and panic. Many people with this fear avoid public speaking situations altogether, or they suffer through them with shaking hands and a quavering voice. But with preparation and persistence, you can overcome your fear.
From the fear of heights to fear of embarrassment, we have all got our fears. However, some people are better at handling it than others.
While our conscious mind makes us aware of the happenings in our surroundings and processes information at the present moment, our subconscious mind is operating silently behind the scenes. From childhood experiences to past memories, a lot is being processed below the level of conscious awareness. Since we are not mindful of these happenings, our emotions can be quite irrational.
