Your technique is different from mine but it is basically the same. I can get my liver of sulfur to last for weeks in a covered and closed container and do not use so much heat. Heat and light "exhaust it" ASAP.

half the video is you struggling to get the flat pieces in and out of the hot water followed by struggling to get them into the sulphur container which is too small, followed by the baking soda container which is too small.

Hey so you are splitting hairs as they say. You over complicate the process lol. Just run the tap water till it’s hot. You don’t need baking soda to neutralize it. Just cold water!

I have found the liver of sulfur will come out of my indentations on the silver if I DONOT use the baking soda to "set" the chemical reaction when... after polishing on the wheel with a cutting compound and the final high polish compound and use an ultrasonic to remove the polishing compounds. If you do not use these finishing techniques you might be right.
