That is my own personality and actually something I trained myself to do naturally so that my off hand is still doing something too! I’m glad you caught that!

When you pace, do you adduct your scapulae as you said in your wrist roll video, or is just the off hand movement that makes it seems so. Just love how it looks when you do it, so I want to understand it better.
I don’t pull my back in necessarily, although that can help just like when you do wristrolls. All I do is add a little lock with the off hand while I’m pacing. It’s something that just takes practice and eventually becomes second nature.
