For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I'll be happy that I have the*preluxs* as my travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.
Bags in*preluxs* are quite exquisite, and the workmanship is also meticulous. There is almost no difference from the original ones, and they are great value!
I mean…it’s leather, it’s gonna be heavy lol. If you want something lighter, there are tons of different materials that would work better like a cloth or polyester material-that’s what I use anyways.
it is very big and heavy, I’m 5’5 and there is no way I can carry it on its own using the strap when fully packed. If you are stacking it on top of the suitcase like she is, then it will be fine.
❤ i love this. However, i also love being over the top neat, where every category is together instead of singular items packed. Im def buying the compact tripod !
There’s also a storage you can get for straightening/curling iron. I’m also into Rimowa trunk now. I find it easier to pack my stuff, especially with cubes, in a trunk style luggage.
I'm so glad you put the shoes in the bags! To each their own but my ocd cannot handle the packing videos of dirty shoes next to clean clothes and underwear 😂 Great tips, thanks for sharing!
Im confused about the liquids. There are so many of them and thez are in 3 different bags, considering this is a carry on they even werent in a proper "liquid bag". I forgot a handcream in my backpack and the security lady got mad AF. Cant imagine they would allow me through security if I packed like this. Maybe European airports are more strict than US? Anyway, great tip with those compression bags. Have to get those.
Here's what I struggle with no matter what but especially if I use packing cubes: every single ironed t-shirt etc. comes out creased! So unless I also carry a travel iron with me, I'm left with incredibly creased clothing. Would you have any tips or tricks for this? :)
I’m curious as to how much the carryon weighed fully packed. Traveling to Australia and New Zealand, the airlines have strict weight limits for carryons.
Exactly! And I would love to see how the actual baggage weight at the end of the video without editing 😉 Take note the liquids should be ready for checking 😅
For people who only bring carry-on for travel trips, how do you guys pack so much (shoes etc.) and keep within airline luggage limits of 7kg? And do you guys choose not to bring back items (souvenirs etc.) from your trips?
Only certain airlines have weight limits. Pack a packable tote (empty). On the way home, you check your carry on, and then use the now full tote with souvenirs as your carry on.
Just subscribed! Some of these tips are lowkey genius!! To go along with step #4, what I personally like to do is instead of putting my outerwear/sweatshirt there, I would usually lay my laptop (which would be inside its own case) flat right there so that 1) I wouldn't hurt or tire out my back/shoulders from carrying it inside my personal bag and 2) it's easy to take out when going through TSA and as I'm boarding the plane. 🙂
I still love my LV reverse monogram *preluxs* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.
Lovely but am on a narrow budget and just want a carryon weightless bag as here most put weight limit of 7kg or max 10kg inc bag weight unfortunately...Beautiful clothes choice. Next time will have to have 2 seasons ... summer winter.. a challenge plus extra meds as asthmatic...I ll get there.. still looking for 2 in 1 curler streightener mini travel.. had one. But it broke it was amazing but not miniature..
Yes, weight restrictions are a whole other level of packing carry on only. Not really much of a challenge to pack carry on only when you’re just trying to cram as much as you can into a 40 litre carry on and 30 litre personal item. When your carry on and personal item have to have a combined weight of under 7kg you really have to choose everything you bring (including the bag itself) based on it’s weight.
I always wonder how other people can bring a lot in carry on and mine always got checked in... I know there is a carry on luggage allowance so I wonder how others can put all these stuffs without over luggage? Hope someone can clear this up for me. TIA.
TSA precheck. Also look at the size of people. I’m larger so my clothing takes up more space. Wear the heaviest on the travel days and pack my smallest/lightest. And minimize the skincare and products u use for the trip.
Thank you for another amazing video Erica. I’ve been binge watching your capsule wardrobe videos. They are the best!! Would love to see more content from you as a mother with young kid 😊
