You can bring fresh fish if it is gutted. You have maximum of 20kg combined weight per person of fish and fish products from Nigeria to United Kingdom. We have Milo in both African and normal groceries stores. Asda and Tesco sells. In case you run out of African foods, there are loads of African stores online that can deliver next day to you, cause l read from the comments section that you only have one South African grocery store where you are. Kilishi is prohibited but people bring it ,but if you are caught in Uk Airport, they may seize it and give you caution. You can bring yam .

That's true about the stock fish. But have you tried keeping them in the freezer? I keep my dried fish and crayfish in the freezer. It prevents those ants and moulds
Hi darling, You're amazing thanks for sharing this I've been wandering how I'll park food stuff while moving. All your videos have been helpful to my hubby and I as we prepare for our trip. Hope I'll be able to meet you in the UK one day when we move.
If you not happy with the selection available at your African store you can also try Indian or other ethnic stores. A lot if times African or Indian store only describes the owners while the products sold are the same.

Hi sis what bag did you pack your food stuff in? Is it normal Ghana must go or a suitcase? And per one of your videos it looked like u had excess ..how much were u charged?
Egusi that has been sifted is perhaps the right phrase dear, you know that egusi is our Naija name, but I think melon is the English name for it. Miss Sparkles, you sound more Igbo than Yoruba, cause the names like Egusi, Ogbono and Ugu are all Igbo, I really thought you were Yoruba.
