Awesome. Critical strokes. I was practicing your edging turns yesterday, trying to work on the draw and c-stroke. Sherrill is most excellent at demonstrating all of the common challenges. You need a healthy dose of humility to learning WW paddling and a willingness to do things badly over and over in order to improve these critical fundamentals. Better to work on them extensively before beatering down rivers. Keep ‘em coming.
Great content! I really wanted to learn and practice these. So far i only used power and sweep strokes and i was losing a lot of speed when i needed to turn. One question though: Can you make some basic sketches with force vectors on padle so i'll understand physics behind closed/open face draws?
