Thank you for this video! (: I just painted my first ever self-portrait and it was fun, not scary. ;P I LOVE the doodle-y vibe it has. Realism has never been my thing, so I just always felt like I couldn't draw people, but this shows me that I can and definitely should more often! (: Thank you! (:

This is so fun! You know I feel in some ways doing a doodle portrait has its own challenges because you have to give yourself permission to not worry about it not being photo realistic. What a great tutorial that makes this feel like something even a beginner could try.
