Hello Mark, as I was watching all your videos I was thinking "this man needs a new member!". So as I finally caught up with all your videos, except for a few airbrush reviews, I'm happy to be a member. And I think it's really worth it. The amount of effort you put into this and the amount of information we get is amazing! So thank you again for all the time and effort you put into this! Oh also, I'm going on a citytrip to NY end of this month with my family and they asked me if I wanted to visit anything specific. Well, since you've mentioned it a few times, I think The Met will be more then worth visiting 😁 Anyhow, thank you again and looking forward to more videos. Greetings from Belgium Dieter
Dieter thank you!! I appreciate that so very much. The MET is a must visit- it's a great place and right on central park. MoMa is also a nice museum and it has Starry Night by Van Gogh which is one we'll be doing on this channel sometime in the future. I'd recommend The High Line park as well. It's free and a fun place to walk and see some of the west side of the city near the Hudson, plus there are all the contemporary art galleries in Chelsea right below it. Whatever you choose to do, I hope you have a great trip! Thanks again.
Another massive withdrawal from the bottomless vault of information account. Thank you for sharing the wealth of knowledge. I especially appreciated the end with the summary of why we paint and the excitement of starting a new piece. Great video my friend. Mahalo
My dude... you're incredible... the tutorials you do are so well thought out, providing the perfect amount of detail with just kind of wing it, and the results are absolutely amazing. I love photorealism, and just recently bought an airbrush, and I stumbled across your videos and immediately have been inspired on what to accomplish. I'm adding supplies to my Amazon cart so that when I get paid I can start doing paintings for my family for Christmas. Are they going to be good? I hope so. At the very least it's good practice. But I will have painted them something unique for them making it something nobody else could give them. You're brilliant. Thanks for the inspiration, thanks for the tutorials, and thanks for doing this. You got a sub and a new fan brother. Amazing work
Another excellent tutorial and advice about taking it slow. One big problem I always have is once I get into a mode Ill power through a painting for good or bad. Slowing down and breaking it down into parts has really helped me in this area. Great looking skull ! Happy Halloween Mark.
I struggle with that too- just eager to see some part of it complete and marathoning through it. It never turns out for the better when I do that. Thanks so much Duane and Happy Halloween man!
For the life of me, I can’t figure out why I dont get notifications for your channel. I’ve tried turning it off then on. I’ve tried unsubscribing and then resubscribing. Is this happening to anyone else? You are probably my favorite channel on RU-vid so maybe that’s why I’m noticing it for you and not other channels. I’ve been thinking about doing your patreon, I guess I won’t miss anything if I do that.
Thanks so much- glad to hear you're enjoying the channel! Not sure why you aren't getting notifications. There is a notification bell that you need to hit after you subscribed- maybe that's it? Thanks again!
