Beautiful! I have the ugliest looking fireplace, where they thought it would be a great idea to put the left over tile from the floor.... 😑 the exact same tile as in your video so this idea seems phenomenal for the fireplace.
in the end, after all the work, you passed a coat of protective thing over, isnt it? the final work is something a m a z i n g! i just love it so much! p.s . i wanted to ask how is the resistance in time of this work?
neha ritika several coats of the varnish are very tough and will protect the design. I did a similar thing but a faux leather look over very old linoleum and it lasted about 10 years. Am just redoing the same technique this week to freshen it up.
Does it have to be a chalk paint for the base? Can't use normal water based wall paints and just seal it with the minwax polycrylic? Chalk paint is crazy expensive where I live-singapore
