How to Paint Christmas Trees

Last year we had a tree painted Cookie Monster blue. My grandchildren loved it. I haven’t decided what color tree to go with this year. Purple is my fave color so it is high on my list. Thanks for sharing.

There is a to you can attach to the paint can that makes it much easier to spray paint. It has a trigger and it doesn't make your finger get tired from holding the paint button down.

I will be purchasing two 7ft white trees from Walmart this month to spray them! I am so, so excited! I'll be creating a Frozen II theme for one tree (so lots of purple, baby blue, silver, and white) and a rose gold/pink blush/champagne theme for other one. I am going to spray paint it the rose gold chrome color from the Rust-Oleum brand.

I have a beautiful white tree that is getting a yellowish tint to it because of it being older . Do you think spray paint will cover up the yellow ?

I would like to paint one to be either white or metallic silver ... specifically for white OR CLEAR lights, as a focal point on my balcony as a focal point to the outdoors all winter - Likely put it up before X-Mas and down at St. Patrick's day .. so more of a seasonal art piece. I live in an apt on a high floor with sweeping views of the city. SO glad I found your method here .. no primer needed?!?! AMAZING. Will silver metallic work here? (avoiding the word chrome as my colour) But ya, flat white would work but I'm leaning towards silver.
