You are a really awesome person. I'm so glad I stayed to the end of the video to hear your very generous, humanly-kind, offer. You are an inspiration- in so many ways...Thank you -
+ThatOldBiddy Since this viewer has already so nicely said what I was going to say, I thought I would just reply and agree instead of stating the same thing over. Joe, there are not words to say how humble you make me feel. In a very good way. we need more of you, God Bless YOU!!! TFS Big Hugs!! Reeah. P.S. gong to check out the full length vid & support one of my favorite artists and favorite people!
+Maria Meade Thank you so much to the both of you. That is a very kind compliment. I'm constantly blessed by many who choose to pay still. So I don't want anyone to ever feel they owe me anything.
Wow, I am one of these persons whom will never be able to buy these gorgeous lessons! So i am so so very grateful for this free lesson. Thank you so very much!
knowledge is wasted if it is not shared.....it is selfish if it is kept for oneself! What a top bloke! you are so generous letting people download it for free.
One day, we are going to sit and have coffee and talk about art and color. I'm watching you as I work on a 10*10 painting of an eye within an eye within an eye that's for an exhibit that is due TONIGHT. Listening to your lessons is helping me concentrate. I learn so much from you about perspective and colors. I like how you get kind of robotic when you speak as you paint because you're divided in a way since you are wanting to create something and yet want to make sure we understand. Dude, thank you. Thank you so much. I quit my day job literally so I can focus on painting. Thanks to my life partner, I can pull it off somewhat lol. I've never been to your site but I will be all over it once I'm done with this. Not even 10am and covered in paint. Thank you again for your passion for art and for your instruction.
Good on you Joe ! Such a generous thing to do , shows that art comes first with you and cash a long way down . Can't buy character like that , you walk tall young man and do your folks proud .
Thanks for all of the instruction. I am painting a 35-foot long ocean mural for my restaurant and until I watched your videos I was terrified. I will probably watch them several more times before applying paint to my walls. Thanks Joe!!! You have a true fan in me.
In Dutch we called them "schaapewolkjes" when I was growing up - sheep clouds - because they look like a bunch of grazing sheep. Great video, and loved your work on the ceiling too.
I started a new Cuban mural project at a restaurant and my clouds are awful. I thought my murals days were over. I’m enjoying the challenge but I don’t want this to suck. My confidence is shaken. I turn to your videos for help. I am feeding better.
thanks for the info and inspiration. From watching you on youtube, my ceiling is a bright tint of cerulean blue with pure white puffy clouds but no depth... tho its been over a year since I based it out, I am grateful you are still a presence here for a great refresher from an artist so well versed in their medium. Painting clouds on some old sash windows, trying to work with the translucency in it, so this is very helpful.
I said a Prayer for you today Joe.. I am learning to paint those big fat white clouds and I have re-painted them 4 times...I thank you for the video I downloaded... When I sell this painting I won't forget You!!! May GOD BLESS your family ...your a Hero!
I am extremely grateful for your offer!!! One of my adult daughters loves, loves, loves clouds. I hope to surprise her some day with a painting and/or card with clouds. You are truly talented! I loved your vid of the cloud painting the Catholic church ceiling. I forwarded it on Facebook. Jacqueline
I appreciate your videos so much! I’m doing a mural on my daughters bedroom and I have been watching your videos for days so I felt like I could do clouds.. but what I wanted to do wasn’t really realistic color wise, but this video just nailed it!! Also, you’re teaching skills are amazing! Thank you!! 🎨😊
This is such a brilliant tutorial and all the tips in this video are so helpful towards a project i'm working towards. And being so generous as to letting people download for free if they can't afford it, it's such a generous thing to do and I'm a person who can only just afford paints for my hobby. Thank you so much you are so kind ! !
I been painting for 10 years I thought I knew everything but when I started watching your videos my paintings went from 7 to 10 thanks to you people love them great more improvement thank you.
Joe, I've watched several of your instructional videos so far and I've learned a lot. I'm so glad you have so wholeheartedly given of your talents to people like me who are hungry to learn. Your generous, totally selfless offer at the end of this video made me remember that there are a lot of good people in the world who truly care about making the world a better place. Not just people in it for their own gain. Thank you
You really are an awesome painter. Most of all you're a great guy for offering this free lesson. I love and respect your passion. It's an inspiration as much as your painting skills. Many thanks. Peace
Oh... you are such an inspiration, I used to paint in school and I haven't been painting since than but now I am looking to decorate my house with some paintings and I was looking for some inspiration and I found you... you're doing a great job your paintings are amazing .... Thank you for sharing all these tips and for bringing to life empty spaces !!
I've been looking at several online cloud-painting tutorials and - WOW! - am so glad I happened upon this one! I'm doing my first mural attempt (clouds and mountain ranges) along the upper part of my bedroom walls above the wooden picture rail and feel enlightened and inspired after watching you illustrate how to draw different kinds of clouds. The tip about adding some red to yellow and blue for the transition color. I'm also impressed with your sincere generous offer at the end of this video .
Joe, you are truly an amazing fellow. God bless you. I can, and will pay full price as I've done for your other video packages. The education you provide has vastly improved my work, and well worth every penny spent!
You're awesome Joe.. I so appreciate your teachings and style!! I am a self taught Mural Artist.. your guidance ups my game in a very nice way.. Beautiful way to be HUMAN !!!
You make everything look so easy it's very pleasing to watch I am a new subscriber and i just want to say thank you for making color stuff so easy to understand and hope maybe one day I might get half as good as you lol. Thank you
Oh wow.... I actually cried at the end... I still feel too guilty to download without paying, but come payday I'm gonna paint me some clouds. You are an inspiration. ♡
ur videos have really inspired me to paint more. U really explain everything so well and u have very good demonstrations. ur offer is very generous aand kind and im glad that you really care about people thanks:)
WOW! You are one of my heroes. I'm a broke old lady - LOL. Lost everything a few years back - love color and texture. I totally suck at painting - am no artist by any definition or expansion of any definition - lol. clouds, rainbows, waves, trees. thank you. it is 5:07am - started my cloud around 4:15 - it sucks, but it has promise. LOL. thank you so much!!
wow....joe.....you allowed me to download the lesson for the price I could afford....what are you ? an alien? geez...you paint like you came out of the womb with brushes in each hand....(had to be painful for momma,but...) listen all jokes aside...you've taught me so much and you're so humble...I'd say you're groovy....but the Goonies shirt has to go bro...if you're ever in northeast florida let me buy you dinner
Wow that's cool! Have wanted to do the same thing myself for some time. Recently remodeled a room and decided to go for it...In the process of painting the ceiling blue at this point (gonna take 3 coats), then its time to try doing clouds. :) Not sure I have the skill, but I think this vid will be helpful (certainly going to have to experiment on some scrap plywood in the garage first though)
Who does that? After hearing your offer at end of this video, it would be dishonest and/or criminal not to contribute to such a humble and extraordinary man. I would save up just to buy your video. I've got new found respect for you, Stay humble.
Wow painting off a an a frame ladder can get to be a real pain ... the kind of painting your doing is much harder than to roll out a ceiling i don't know if this would be helpful but i just know i would have another a frame ladder next to it so that you can climb from 1 ladder to the next when you can no longer reach it saves time from having to go up and down the ladder and moving it each time when you can do it from up there .. just and idea . btw that was awesome clouds :)
