Retro Ronin yes, they're an elite choice. They can be found in White Dwarf #65 or #68 (can't recall) or Imperial Agents codex. They cost between 135-150 pts, Vindicare is the most aand Eversor is the least.
Your models look really good and this is a good guide but I guenuinely recoiled at the sight of your brushes. Buy some new ones. I'm not gonna judge you if you buy cheap ones, but you'll have a much easier time if they are clean, straight and come to a point.
