Great tutorial. I like the approach where you have the finished layers ready to show after you’ve briefly demonstrated the technique. Like the old cooking shows where they’d have the finished dish in the oven already.

YES!!!! this is the best tutorial I've ever found on painting in procreate!!!! everyone else uses Adobe or other programs, and I'm sooo happy I found your channel!!! definitely earned my sub!!

This was an outstanding intro for someone moving from traditional to digital art! The one thing I'm baffled by, no matter how many videos, etc, I watch is the layer adjustments such as the ones you used, like multiply. Any suggestions? 😊

Thank you for this tutorial. I was gifted an iPad Pro with the Apple Pencil for my birthday and I’ve been overwhelmed with all the options in Procreate. I promise to take this knowledge and create some awesome artwork.

I'm only halfway through this video and have learned so much wow. I finally understand the warmer cooler concept most of my shadows/lighting has always looked muddy/flat because I'll color pick and darken or lighten without moving towards warmer or cooler levels because I didn't quite understand what that meant until now. The way you break everything down to it's simplest terms is truly remarkable thank you! You are very good at teaching and I can't wait to learn more from you.

I love this tutorial. I learned a lot from it. I'm planning to use this art method approach in all my illustrations. I have a lot to learn but this method will help carry me through.

I'm kinda speechless after watching this! There were So Many useful (and brilliant) fundamentals in this video. I don't use Procreate, but you covered the ideas so well I should be able to replicate everything in Clip Studio Paint, or other programs.

This is such a great video, this will definitely take my color schemes to the next level! Can you do a video that explains the different types of coloring effects, some of which you used in the video (e.g. Multiply, color dodge, color burn, etc.)? I can experiment with them but don't really know how they can be best used.

I'd love to get some online classes, like videos from you where you would have step by step tutorials from sketching until the end of coloring process. You have good videos but they are not arranged like from number 1 to final project. So right now im confused with all this scattered information.
