In this episode of #PaintLikeAPro show you how I use wet on dry to create smoke with acrylics. The same painting techniques for blending colors like this could be used with oil paint as well. I show you how to use a dry brush along side to blend out the colors and smooth the paint.
If you have any questions about something I covered or maybe something I didn't cover I am more than happy to answer.
Materials I used:
Golden Fluid Acrylics (titanium white, carbon black, napthol red and primary yellow)
Liquitex soft body acrylics (cerulean blue)
Water for mixing with paint
Round blender and scrumbling brushes from artist loft and princeton. #2 round brush (any brand works fine)
