Did you produce this video yourself?! It seems so rare to experience a fine art tutorial that is also well-shot, sound designed and creatively edited. I mean... it's a piece in itself and you're not just using pretty decent equipment, you're using it with some actual skill. Are you a jack-of-all-trades type of artist? Either way, all the effing kudos in the world to you. The production quality in this alone makes it so very much more interesting and it's very much appreciated.

Masking fluid?
@bobbijolane367
@bobbijolane367 6 лет назад
Ayacyte yes, its a white liquid that comes in a little bottle with a fine tip, and you can use it to mask off any areas you want to keep white on your painting, or not let any paint get on while you are, for example, putting a light wash of color all over your page, or in certain areas. Then, when you are done, you just peel it off, and the masked area will be free of paint. If my explanation is not helping you, then I’m sure if you google it, you will see how to use it. 😊

Honestly, I never knew I needed this guide since I've always had trouble finding colours that match or fit well together since I'm colourblind. This is why I've always drawn stuff in black and white. After so long I've just wanted to learn tones and depth but my disability just makes things awkward. No one's gonna see this lol but if she ever does see this, I just want to say thank you, really, thank you.

🍐🌸 so inspiring again! Honestly, your art and videos get me every time! Even if it’s ‘just’ a video about monochromatic paintings or art supplies, you find ways to make them so visually pleasing, like opening that cookie box full of paints and the paint drops in the water, but obviously most of all your art! I wasn’t sure what you were going for with the blue piece, but suddenly you added the bicycle and biker and the electrical cables in the back and it all came together so perfectly and reminded me of the beautiful backgrounds and atmospheric landscapes in ghibli movies! You amaze me! 💐 Please never stop making art. 💗

I know it's been a minute since the plagerizm incident but I just wanted u to know for the future that you do have rights. Lots of artists think that only rich & famous artists can get legal about their work and it's not true. Van Gogh steals your work? You legally can take him to the cleaners! You could take his other ear and put in a jar next to your easel for inspiration! Lol😂 Just sayin.... If something like that comes up again, let me know so I can help, ok?

I did this in middle school actually! Our teacher told us to pick a shape and then a color. We had to draw different sizes of the shape we choose and they all had to be a different tint and shade of the color we choose. They also had to be placed randomly, and they could over lap each other. It was a great way to learn how to mix paints and how to balance color. In the end it was really fun!

This music is freaking me out. Are you playing 2 tracks at once to try and defeat youtube's music recognition... Just use any one track. RU-vid has plenty of free tracks.

When you started painting the light pole, your palette almost looked like a side view of a skull at right before 9 minutes. Great work. Very inspiring!!
