@@atelomucho turns out theres no reset button and my dad threw them away He’s gonna buy me another pair

Am I missing something? I keep pressing down on the logo surface of the earbuds and they just never switch on. No lights flicking despite the box telling me they’re fully charged

Just done the forget device. Trying to re pair and its saying cannot connect because of wrong pin or pass key? Any ideas?

Had the same problem connecting to one device. Tried connecting to a second one and then it worked for both of them
