The right one does everything (e.g. controls, pairing, etc), except for play any sound. Wtf!?

Stupid music and the directions are so far off the screen I can't read it. It goes by way too fast.

Make sure you take the plastic off of the connectors to get into pairing mode.

My Space A40 suddenly has problem from this morning. The left bud doesn't make any sound. The controls work fine. I did unpair, reset, and followed everything in soundcore support, but still no luck. What can i do?

@@GustavoFring5017 I explained the problem to the support. They asked me to send them, and I received a new pair as a replacement. Although the replacement case doesn't shut nicely, I can live with it.
