CAUTION! ! I purchased this watch but will not down load app to my phone because they are asking for a credit card number( no not purchasing anything) AND my birth Date not my age but DATE what difference does the month and day make?? Hubby said it sounded suspicious also can't put in height and weight because its not in pounds and inches. I like the looks of the watch and the magnetic band makes for an easy fit. I contacted the company but the reply in broken English had no answers or suggestions. I deleted and gave up what a waste
Is there a plastic screen protector on the watch when it arrives? Mine has a bunch of scratches on the face of the watch. It looks like there might be a plastic on the face but I don't want to scratch it up if there's no covering. The packaging for this kind of sucks. No instructions in the box and nothing to indicate there is a plastic sheet on the face to protect it while it eas being packaged for sale. If that's the casr this thing is going back to Amazon for a refund.

Here is the way to connect. Turn on the GPS and Bluetooth on your cellphone--Go to FitCouldPro App---Device----Add Device----SEARCH----Find the fitness tracker you need to connect----Click the fitness tracker to connect. Please note that it is necessary to connect devices from the app instead of connecting directly with Bluetooth.
