I feel like instructors are the middle child archetype of AK. They exist and have their talents but are almost forgotten, when i started playing, Pallas was the last 6 star I learned about, purely from the shear lack of use from content creators as well as use in challenging clears.

She's one of my fav operators and her theme is my fav one

so basically build pallas for base, got it

the thing that pisses me off about pallas is there are no minos ops. the most viable being erato. pallas was released in july of 2021 and they still haven't given her any minos ops to use her buff.

Thank you for the Pallas content, I love that cow. Your video has good and entertaining presentation, I liked Pallas sitting on the UI and breaking peace with the golem. It was probably worth making more apparent that her on-hit healing doesn't affect enmity operators like Akafuyu, though you did allude to it with "wait that's not how this works". I got Pallas off-banner by complete chance when I was a new player, I never thought much of her but I liked the extra range that instructors had so I decided to upgrade from Dobermann to her. Now as someone with a max level M9 mod-6 Pallas that uses her in every type of content in the game, allow me to go into further detail about her because I love that cow. Her S1 is extremely good for lane-holding since it not only increases her average damage but also makes her on-hit healing even faster due to the multi-hit property, it's good with either module since one makes her kill things faster and the other gives her better self-sustain. I also saw one video reviewing her stating that her S1 has the highest damage output of any low SP auto skill of that type, so take what you will from that. During CC#13, on Nameless Sanctuary, I had her protecting the entire left lane from largely unassisted, it was only at higher risks that I needed a tank (Cuora) to block the Sarkaz guerrilla fighters and even then Pallas could keep the two of them alive. In IS this skill is also obviously extremely good with items that increase healing effectiveness, the spinach or Wrath of Siracusans for even more damage on skill activation, or the Weave of Snow and Soil (if you get a good location with it) which can recharge the skills of other operators extremely fast (pairing her with Mudrock on S2 makes a feedback loop). Her S2 I find is best used for stalling enemies that are too dangerous to tank, such as avengers, or resetting enemies with slow attacks such a golems - though it is slightly RNG dependent and as such can ruin your plans. This is my least used skill but it still has important uses. Her S3 has big burst damage and is great for dealing with sudden crowds or groups of elites, additionally it's a great contingency for enemies that require 2 or 3 block counts, allowing for Pallas to block a car, a tank to block 2 bullies, ect. On Windswept Highlands, when I was a relatively new player, I used Pallas' S3 to send many of the Sarkaz on the far right side of the map into the Pallas Blender with only Warfarin and Nearl on the side to help keep her alive and tank ranged attacks. After struggling with the map for so long and clearing it with her, it put my faith in the Goddess of Victory and Wisdom and she's been my rock every since. Mod-X is straightforward and usually the one worth using, but mod-Y also has some fun applications depending on the map; if a map has few low-ground tiles available or a split design to break up your ground and ranged ops, Pallas can be nice to have to help control a particular lane or bend from a high-ground tile. This mod also makes Pallas particularly useful in "Where Vernal Winds Will Never Blow" due to enemies being able to enter high-ground tiles, Pallas can block them off and protect your ranged ops regardless of her facing. Or if you want to be extra funny about it, you can use her S3 to make your Phalanx or Bard block enemies for her. Mechanics aside, Pallas is just a fun character and fan-depictions of her are always so entertaining. She loves poetry and speaks like she's retelling an epic within an odeon from her home, she drinks to nurse her emotional wounds after being banished from her home due to her infection, and she's the hero of some poor villagers in the countryside suffering from outside attacks thanks to her tactical prowess and wisdom. All she wants is to champion her culture once more and to live in the glory of their heroes, the girl lives for the romance, the drama, and the beauty of these heroes but her dreams were tragically ripped away. And she always has a flower on her head, regardless of her outfit. I don't know why, but it's awfully cute. She's also drawn by aZLing4 and a part of the gloomy depresso-espresso squad, a wonderful bunch of operators, though I find that Pallas masks her tragedy with stoicism and a buzzed smile. I wish that one day we'll get an event set in Minos so we can get some proper story with Pallas, and even more do I wish she'd get an alter; I think making her a Bard would be perfect for her already existing support role in lore and in gameplay, and her love for poetry makes the role even better. I feel like he's kinda not emphasizing the damage on S1 enough like it's less 'more then you think' and more just straight up 'a ton' when fully built her DPS against a single target is higher then Thorns, Blaze, Gavial, etc against single targets. Oh and unlike them no ramp up or long skill charge time to get that DPS going. She has straight up among the highest sustained DPS in the game with S1 with effectively zero start up or downtime. People sleep on Pallas HARD, quite possibly one of the most consistently underrated operators in the game IMO.

I really want Pallas. Firstly because I want to complete the Azling set and it really bugs me I'm missing _both_ of the six stars, but also I just really like using her. I go back to the IS2 squad that starts with her all the time just because she's a fun op and that's the easiest way I can run her lol. also I just really want to use her amazing skin.

pallas is love pallas is life spread the good word of pallas. love both her mods and my favorite skill on her is her 3rd because it lets me do a 9 block gavi'alt. I wasnt super interested in her 1st skill but i think ill give it a shot... when im not broke

It's funny, I always ended up hearing that S2 was her WORST skill due to the RNG elements, but really I've always thought she was one of the few viable M9 candidates. I'm still relatively new to Arknights myself, but Pallas was the first ever off-banner I ever got, accidentally summoning her alongside Ines, so even if I rarely find opportunities for her, she still has a special place in my heart!

On my Mousse squad Pallas is one of the operators that babysit my Mousse as her 3rd skill to make her stronger and skill 1 for DPS protect. On the 3rd row we have the Lord Guard and the 4th One is the Fortress Defender.

This is both kinda cute and kinda cool. I only knew about her skill 1 so I didnt quite bother with building her since I already have lane holders. You though, actually convinced me to build her and I added her into my mental list of "operators im going to build next".
